Shipping policy

At Shirt Supply Co., all of our pieces are printed or made to order, just for you. We take pride in making sure each item is produced with care before it heads out the door.

Processing Time

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. This includes the time it takes to print, prepare, and package your items. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, most packages ship via 2-day ground shipping, unless otherwise stated on the checkout page. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience occasional delays that are outside of our control. If that happens, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We do not currently offer free shipping or flat-rate options.

Split Shipments

Some items in your order may ship from different facilities. This means you might receive your items in separate packages, on different days. You won’t be charged extra for this, it’s just part of how our made-to-order process works.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
